This guide covers the PGT TGT PRT exam pattern, how to prepare subject-wise, and the subjects for which ready, PYQ-mapped master notes are available — so you spend time studying the right material, not hunting for it. ## PGT TGT PRT Exam Pattern - **Tier-1:** general sections — reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, language and teaching aptitude. - **Tier-2:** the **concerned subject** in depth plus pedagogy — this stage decides selection. - **Mode:** Computer-Based Test with objective questions. > Section weightage differs across KVS, NVS and EMRS and by year — confirm from the official notification. ## Subject-wise Preparation Strategy In a competitive exam, *what* you study matters as much as how hard you study. A strategy that works across subjects: 1. Start from the **official PGT TGT PRT syllabus** and map the last 5 years’ previous-year questions (PYQs) to each unit — this shows which topics actually carry weight. 2. Prepare your **subject topic-by-topic** from concise, exam-mapped notes rather than bulky reference books. 3. Practise with **PYQs and full-length mock tests** under time, and review every wrong answer. 4. Keep a one-page **key-facts & definitions sheet** per unit for fast last-week revision. 5. Stay consistent — a steady daily plan beats last-minute cramming for PGT TGT PRT. ## PGT TGT PRT Subjects — where to focus Tap any subject below to open its **free sample instantly in our reader** — see the exact quality and coverage before you buy. - [ART'S , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=art-s-kvs-nvs-emrs-tgt-tier-2-notes-both-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [BIOLOGY , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=biology-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [BIOTECH , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=biotech-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [CHEMISTRY , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=chemistry-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-hindi-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [COMMERCE , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=commerce-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [COMPUTER SCIENCE , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=computer-science-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [ECONOMICS , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=economics-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [ENGLISH LITERATURE , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=english-literature-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-pgttgtcentralise) - [GENERAL PAPER , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=general-paper-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-1-notes-hindi-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [HINDI LITERATURE , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=hindi-literature-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-pgttgtcentralise) - [HISTORY , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=history-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [LIBARARIAN , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=libararian-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [LIBRARIAN MAINS , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=librarian-mains-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-both-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [MATH , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=math-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [PHYSICS , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=physics-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) - [SANSKRIT , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=sanskrit-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-pgttgtcentralise) - [SPL , , — open the free PGT TGT PRT sample](https://store.zenitheducation.net/samples?c=prt-spl-kvs-nvs-emrs-pgt-tier-2-notes-english-medium-pgttgtcentralise) ## Recommended study material For subject-wise preparation, many PGT TGT PRT aspirants use [**Zenith Education’s PYQ-mapped master notes**](https://store.zenitheducation.net/cat/pgttgtcentralise) — built backwards from previous papers and reviewed by subject experts wi
