1. Ownership
All content on store.zenitheducation.net and in every Zenith notes set, e-book, test question, cover image, brand mark, and logo — including layouts, illustrations, diagrams, tables, and PYQ analyses — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zenith Education / Zenith Point Publishers. Content is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 (India), the Berne Convention, and the WIPO Copyright Treaty.
Certain third-party quotations (PYQ text, government notification excerpts, court judgements) are used under fair-use / educational-use provisions with attribution.
2. Your Licence (What You Can Do)
- Read the notes you purchased in our secure reader, on up to 2 devices.
- Attempt tests, review your scores, and export your own answer log.
- Print 1 physical copy per unit — only if you purchased the "1-Time Print" or "Hard Copy" tier.
3. What You Cannot Do
The following are strict copyright violations and will be pursued legally:
- Uploading Zenith PDFs to any file-sharing site (Telegram, WhatsApp group, Google Drive, Mega, MediaFire, etc.).
- Selling, gifting, or trading your Zenith access to anyone.
- Removing, cropping, or blurring the watermark on any page.
- Extracting text, images, or tests to re-publish elsewhere.
- Using Zenith content to train AI models or in derivative products.
4. Forensic Watermarking
Every Zenith PDF is stamped with a 7-layer forensic watermark linked to the buyer's name, phone number, order registration number, device fingerprint, and a hashed reference to the Razorpay payer identity. This includes:
- Visible identity strip on every page.
- Invisible 24-point dot grid (survives screenshotting and re-scanning).
- Copy ID metadata embedded in the PDF headers.
- Per-copy micro-artefacts undetectable to the human eye.
Any leaked page — even a photograph of a screen — can be traced back to the originating buyer within seconds. Our Leak Hunter scanner monitors public Telegram channels and file hubs 24/7.
5. DMCA-Style Takedown
If you believe your copyright is infringed by content hosted on Zenith Education, send a takedown request to info.zenithcp@gmail.com containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorised agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content on our site.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorised to act.
Verified requests are actioned within 48 hours.
6. If YOU Find a Leaked Zenith File

7. Legal Enforcement
Confirmed leakers face the following legal actions:
- Civil suit for damages under the Copyright Act 1957 — up to ₹2 lakh statutory damages per work.
- Criminal complaint under IT Act Section 65 — up to 3 years imprisonment + ₹2 lakh fine.
- Cybercrime complaint via cybercrime.gov.in for large-scale distribution.
- Permanent ban across all Zenith platforms.
Since 2024 we have successfully identified and pursued over 40 leaks. Every one was traced to the original buyer within an average of 6 minutes.
