1. Our Commitment
Zenith Education stands behind the quality of every notes set, e-book, and test series we publish. We want you to be genuinely satisfied. This policy explains when and how refunds or replacements apply.
2. Digital Products (E-Notes, Online Tests, Reader Access)
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, because the content is instantly viewable through your dashboard, watermarked with your identity, and cannot be "returned".
Before purchasing, please:
- Read the free 10-page sample of every unit β available on the course preview page.
- Try our free demo test if the course includes tests.
- Ask us any question on WhatsApp before checkout β we respond within working hours.
An exception applies only if the delivered file is technically corrupt or the wrong file. In that case, contact us within 48 hours with a description of the issue; we will re-deliver the correct file or refund at your choice.
3. Printed Notes (Hard Copy)
Printed notes are eligible for refund or replacement in these situations:
- Damaged in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel & contents. We will replace at our cost.
- Wrong item shipped: we will arrange reverse pickup (or ask you to courier back) and re-ship the correct item at our cost.
- Not delivered within 20 working days from dispatch: after a courier trace, if the shipment cannot be located, we will re-send or refund.
- Printing / binding defects: reported within 7 days of delivery with photos, we will replace the defective set.
Printed books are not refundable merely because of a change of mind after opening/using them. Please decide carefully before ordering the printed variant β the digital variant costs less and is instant.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- WhatsApp us at +91 83024 50450 with your Order ID (visible in your Dashboard β My Orders) and a clear description or photos of the issue.
- Our team reviews within 2 working days and confirms next steps.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days of confirmation.
5. Refund Timeline
Once initiated, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking / wallet):
- UPI, wallets: 24β72 hours
- Debit / credit cards: 5β10 working days (depends on issuing bank)
- Netbanking: 5β7 working days
Delays past these windows are typically at the payment gateway / bank end; we can share the Razorpay reference number so you can escalate with your bank.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please reach us before filing a payment dispute with your bank. In our experience, 99% of issues are resolved within a day on WhatsApp. Unjustified chargebacks may result in a permanent buyer ban on all Zenith platforms.
7. Partial Refunds
For bundled orders (printed + digital combo), refund amount is calculated only for the eligible portion β for example, damaged printed books can be refunded even if the digital access has been used, because they are separately priced.
8. What is Not Refundable
- Course fees where the buyer has already opened and downloaded the master PDF and consumed more than 30% of the content (measured by reader time or pages viewed).
- Test attempts already submitted.
- Shipping fees (βΉ110 flat) on returned printed goods, if the return is buyer-initiated for reasons not covered above.
