Zenith Notes, Books & E-Books ships printed study notes and hard-copy course materials across India via India Post Registered Post, DTDC, Delhivery, or an equivalent courier we select for your PIN code. E-notes (digital) are delivered instantly through your Zenith Education dashboard — no shipping required.
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are typically dispatched the next-to-next working day. Orders placed after 2 PM, or on Sundays / public holidays, roll to the following working-day cycle.
Custom-printed, bundled, or high-volume orders may require an additional 24–48 hours to prepare.

You will receive a tracking number by WhatsApp / SMS to your registered mobile within 48 hours of dispatch. Track any time from your Dashboard → My Orders.
Please provide a complete address with landmark, PIN code, and an active WhatsApp / phone number. Zenith Education is not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable addresses. Re-dispatch after a failed delivery attributable to the buyer will be at buyer's cost.
If your order is not delivered within 20 working days from dispatch, please reach us — we will initiate a courier trace and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, either re-send at our cost or refund per our Refund Policy.
Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and contents (WhatsApp works fine). Damage reported later cannot be assessed reliably.
We currently ship printed materials only within India. International buyers are welcome to purchase e-notes, which are delivered digitally to any country with a supported payment method.
