1. Acceptance

By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing anything on store.zenitheducation.net, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Copyright Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About Zenith

Zenith Education is a Jaipur-based educational publisher operating since 1998. We prepare and sell master notes, e-books, and online test series for Indian competitive exams — UPSC, RPSC, UGC NET, CTET, REET, PGT/TGT, judicial services, and related.

3. Licence to Use

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content:

• Read the e-notes in our secure reader.
• Attempt the online tests included.
• Print — only if the "1-Time Print" tier is purchased — a single physical copy of each unit.

The licence is granted only to the individual who paid. You may not sell, sub-licence, upload, share, publish, retransmit, or make derivative works from any Zenith content without our written permission.

4. Account Rules

• You must provide accurate information (real name, working mobile).
• You may use your account on a maximum of 2 devices and only 1 at a time.
• Sharing your OTP or dashboard access with any other person voids the licence and permits us to ban the account without refund.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts we reasonably suspect of piracy, redistribution, or abuse.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes where noted.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. Zenith Education never sees your card / UPI credentials directly.
• Prices, discounts, and coupon codes can change without prior notice.
• Failed transactions where money is deducted are auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

6. Content Accuracy & Disclaimer

We work hard to keep our notes accurate and mapped to the latest syllabus, but exam patterns and syllabi change. Zenith Education does not guarantee selection, ranks, or minimum scores. The notes are a supplementary study aid, not a substitute for personal preparation and official notifications.

You are responsible for verifying critical facts (dates, cut-offs, notifications) with the official exam-conducting body.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, distribute, sell, publish, upload, or share the notes to any Telegram / WhatsApp / drive folder / social platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the reader's security controls.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to download or index our content.
• Impersonate another person or use false payment credentials.
• Post defamatory, obscene, or illegal content in support chat or reviews.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (Razorpay, YouTube, our sister apps). Zenith Education is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (missed exam, lost opportunity, etc.).

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any account at any time for breach of these Terms, without refund for content already consumed. On termination you must stop using and destroy any copies of the content in your possession.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution over WhatsApp / email for 30 days.
